I love how I can do short one minute exercises during the day. I did eight Fit Breaks one day and was surprised to see I earned one activity point. Some of these exercises can be performed anywhere like at the office, while youre cooking, sitting watching TV, etc. I wish there was a ding at the end of the one minute mark. Great App WW.

You know how theyre saying sitting is the new smoking, well this is my first step in making sure I sit less during my workday. The exercises are fun and easy enough to squeeze them in throughout the day. Tomorrow, I start squatting while I brush my teeth!
